Shipping & Delivery

 We do not ship packages on weekend days or holidays. In most cases your order will be picked and shipped the next business day and should arrive within 5-10 days using ground. The V-Pump is not liable for shipping delays due to it's shipping vendors, bad weather or acts of God. Selecting One-Day or Two-Day Shipping does not necessarily mean your order will arrive in one or two days. There is no weekend pickup or delivery for One-Day Shipping. Also, when you select One-Day or Two-Day Shipping, there may be weather or volume delays.

Returns & Replacements

Should your order arrive damaged or defective, please call (855) 4AV-PUMP to make arrangements for replacement. The V-Pump guarantees our products 100%.  Please have your Order ID and Tracking number handy.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We accept payment using Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Promotions cannot be extended beyond the expiration date and no rain-checks are available for out-of-stock promotional items.

By creating an account with us you may view your order by navigating the links provided. Shipment tracking is provided by our shipping vendor by following the link in your shipping confirmation email.
